What's you guys my name is Congress but I go by Dolo23 I'm from New York but live in Baton rouge la I've been in love with music since 1998 when I've moved to New York the style was different the energy was all over, great energy by the way the setting was new the air was fresh.


It all started when my uncle to New York to pursue his music career I use to see him and his producer all the time in the basement making beats and writing songs even ciphers seeing that and the energy of the crowd made me feel like I can do that to .


So I stated rapping myself I was terrible at first but I started to get better at it over the previous years it took sometime but it paid off I dropped my first mixtape last year on all streaming platforms and recently shot a music video.

I hope someday I become successful like the artist I look up to or see on the TV I'm only 25 still young music has no limit on I'm willing to work and learn from anybody I have the drive and the work ethic it's a passion to me.
