Growing up in Kuwadzana Extension, Zimbabwe and having the opportunity to move to Ontario Canada, Takunda says “I have seen the world from both perspectives, coming from humble beginnings and now being in the space that I’m in right now, I feel like the sky’s the limit.”
Takunda is an upcoming artist who uses music as therapy-as a way to reflect where he is in life, always strive to bring out authenticity, excellence and vulnerability in any project that he is involved in. The goal behind his music is to make his audience feel what he is experiencing mentally, emotionally and perhaps try to relate with what he is going through. He strives to make music that connects with his audience because someone out there may be feeling similar emotions and not know how to express them. He appreciates the beauty of his craft and take inspiration from artists who are able to make relatable content that really makes you feel something.
In his debut EP “Eden” Takunda opens up and shows us a more vulnerable side of himself, taking us on a roller coaster ride through the highs and lows of his relationship. The visual is from the opening track “Bad Choices”, it starts by painting a picture of a guy trying to reach his girl, but the call is sent to voicemail. It is from this unsettling lead up that the song begins. The verse express his plea for his woman to give him a second chance, despite his transgressions and work out their relationship. At the end of the track, the visual transitions to the second song on the EP called “EG”. Which is a statement of him taking back his life and basically living his life on his own terms.
All the while, the production and lyrical complexity of the project shines through. This up and coming Zimbabwean artist is one you do not want to sleep on.

Omari Antonio Frederick better known by his rap name Tonymarss, is an American recording artist, songwriter, actor, and entrepreneur. He was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, where he spent most of his adolescent life. His music focuses on cadence and lyrical prowess above all, and is a refreshing mix of classic hip hop from the late 90s, early 2000s and modern day pop culture. While he excels in northeastern-style rap, he prefers to stay versatile, and can just as easily change styles if the track requires more of a different influence on the song, but will always put his own original spin on it.
He just recently dropped his single “Work it Out” which appeared on Fat Joe’s artist mixtape “The Making of a Don Vol 4”. Releasing a song to later be on his Ep aptly named “Marss”. One of his favorite quotes is “Reach for the moon, if you miss, you’ll still be among the stars” speaking to his universal ambition.
Tonymarss’ love of music stretches to his childhood. As long as he can remember, he’s loved listening to Rap and R&B with his parents, and anyone else who’ll listen with him. Some of his favorite childhood memories are being in the car with his parents listening to artists such as Common, Mos Def, Fabolous, Kanye West, Mary J Blige, Jay Z, Lauryn Hill and others. At that age he mostly paid attention to instrumentals. Growing up Tonymarss has always excelled when it came to writing and public speaking, and applies these skills to his artistry. He genuinely loves music of many genres and believes originality is the best way to go about it.
Blackout is a song that Tonymarss made in a point in his life when he saw people acting differently around him for different reasons. The song has a lot of energy and the lyrics speak of people only checking on him when they are in need of something, which is a scenario I’m sure people can relate to
My name is Ibrahim Kabba. I am 25 years old. I was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone in West Africa. My hometown is Woodbridge, Virginia but I currently reside in Thailand. I’ve been writing music since middle school. I would be walking to school and write ideas that would pop up. I officially recorded my first remixes on SoundCloud in 2017. I took a break from music after that to focus on my Soccer career. This year I spent all my saving to create a home studio to get back to my passion. I also created an independent record label in my country. I have signed 7 artists. I love to do any genre, but I focus on hip hop, rap, rnb, drill, and afrobeat, and dancehall. I taught myself how to record, mix and master my own tracks in 3 months since I had no money for studio time. Currently I have released several tracks including an EP called “Capalot Vibez “ which has a variety of genres to show my different personalities hence the EP name. I also made my first music video “Lit” in March. I have more unreleased tracks that I intend to release this month and next. In the near future i see myself performing on the big stage and getting media attention because I want the world to see how unique my sound is. I also want to give my country a new sound and put Sierra Leone on the map. Here in Thailand, I will be playing professionally soccer, making music, and modeling. I am currently networking and building my team not only for me but for my label (Skinny Niqqa Music/ SNM). My music video “Lit”, was produced by my friend JAGZPRODUCTION. It was inspired by my current girlfriend as I was feeling blessed to have her inspire me to chase my music career. I just wanted to tell the world my story and what I was going through from past to present. The first part of the video was recorded by my girlfriend when we traveled to ATL to look for potential labels. Some of it was also recorded by a complete stranger as I was using my IPhone 11 Pro Max on 4K/60 since I had no money to hire a videographer. The second part was recorded near my apartment by my friend John Gibson (JAGZPRODUCTION). The 2 males in the video are also my friends. The dark skinned male (Young Marlow SNM) is one of my signed artist and also has released tracks produced by me in my home studio. Being featured will help my career flourish as I know my current tracks suck as “Check”, “Lit”, “For You”, “Wassup” and upcoming ones like “Every State” will be easy to promote all around the world. I know I just started but I believe if given a chance and some media coverage, I can be a pioneer of new age sound I call ‘New Skool’ and help many unknown talented artists with my opportunities. My artist link is https://sng.to/iksnm. My label website is https://skinny-niqqa-music.business.site/. My label is on all platforms as @skinnyniqqamusic. There you can find everything about my project.
Music is the key to heart and window to the soul. I seek to inspire, empower, and uplift. We are all ok this crazy journey called life and I hope my music can accompany you on the ride.
“Poppin” is a melodic journey about finding yourself and the beauty it holds. The song is a testament to the mind and belief in one self. With an angelic hook “got my mind right, head right, vision got clearer” listeners are pulled in and equally attracted to the visuals accompanying the song. “Poppin” is a song you won’t be able to get out of your head and certifies Diamond Blacc as one to watch.
Diamond Blacc is always growing as an artist, working on new music, perfecting his craft and preparing for his opportunity to share his gifts with the world.
Asighttosee is ready to release her debut EP. Originally From NC but recently relocated to Atl to do music. The video is her first single on the EP “A Sight to See”. Asighttosee puts on a full show from dancing to singing and even some melodic hip hop bars. Her music would be classified as hip hop and r&b. She has a multifaceted style that is mixed with smooth melodies. Some of her major influences include Aaliyah, Brandy, Whitney Houston, and Mariah Carey. She is also looking to start performing this month as well as doing interviews. This is will be important to build her a real fan base rather than buy fake followers or fake streams. Asighttosee has been doing music all of her life but has been an actual artist since 2016. The current EP is about 90% complete and does not yet have a set release date. The plan is to release one more single and promote it then stop the EP. Performing will be the first way to promote then on to podcasts interviews and radio spins. Not quite sure how the streams work on playlisting that you pay for.

Recently she has released her newest single “Favorite Things” a catchy feel good song available on all listening platforms, with a music video as well. The song was inspired by being home alone during COVID 19, because when you’re alone, you’re not really alone, you have all your favorite things to keep you company. Produced by artist/producer chase paves, the song was actually recorded in a closet. You heard correctly, a closet. Chase made a studio inside his small closet in his apartment, with an amazing quality microphone. Goes to show, music can be made anywhere as long as you have the right tools.

E Bleu is ascending to superstar status in 2021 after a huge surge last year. After solidifying himself with collaborations with Eric Bellinger, Kap G and 24HRS, he crafts his own popularity with breakout songs "Me Time," "Sit Right" and "Action." Now, he prepares for a full-length release with the drop of his new visual to the lead single "3AM."
An easy ride, directed by Keanu Livigni, E Bleu stars, alongside a beautiful love interest, as a Bonnie and Clyde situation, the two ride through the city lights and embark on a seductive joyride. A known night owl, E Bleu credits the song's influence to his insomnia. He explains:
“I’ve always been a night owl. The energy at night is just different to me. I remember being in an Uber on the way home just mentally recapping the night and feeling like it’s somehow a pattern I fall into every night. I got home and recorded it in like 15 min on my kitchen counter at 3AM.”
Sheer Haimov, a native of Savyon, is only 20, but has been training, preparing and waiting for her artistic breakthrough since she started taking voice lessons as a child. She is currently based in LA, and her single, "Can't Wait" came out on Friday.
Her next single is expected to be released sometime in April, and will be quickly followed, throughout 2022, by other singles. "I never expected for it to be this — I always dreamed about singing, but this is crazy," she said. "You have to be lucky, and I think I was, but I also know my worth, and I'm not ashamed to say it: I think I'm good." The word sheer in Hebrew notably translates to "song."
Haimov has worked with legendary LA producer of Lebanese origin Emile Ghantous on the single. He has previously worked with Pitbull and Boyz II Men. "He's Lebanese, I'm Israeli," she said, "I said: 'We have to do something Middle-Eastern, something spicy, even though it'll be pop.'" He was into the idea. "Nobody is really doing Middle-Eastern music in the States now, so we started working on it."
She co-writes her music with other writers and her producer, "which is way more fun, since English is not my first language, so sometimes a co-writer will bring a crazy idea and we'll run with it," she said.
During a trip to New York while still in her IDF military service, Sheer met with the Ingrooves Music Group, under Universal, signing a three-year contract, solidifying her music career. "New York is my dream place to live," Sheer said, though she is currently in LA to advance her music career. "It's a different vibe."
Haimov has a history of Israeli advocacy, beginning in high school, and continuing to her time serving in the IDF, where she was part of the military band that performed at official state ceremonies.
Sheer has had the opportunity to represent Israel abroad, as only 17, by joining the "Friendship Caravan," an initiative of the Tzofim youth movement.
This led her on musical tour, as it were, across the US, performing for Jewish American audiences, as well as Evangelical groups. She recalled performing in a massive church. "We were worried if they would like it. "By the end of the show, the audience was crying, shaking our hands, telling us that their hearts are in Israel while their bodies are in the US." Haimov currently has 11.7 thousand followers on Instagram. Sheer, an up-and-coming 20-year-old Israeli singer breaking through the LA music scene. (Credit: Courtesy)
This served as a form of advocacy for Israel, the goal being to encourage youth to make aliyah and draft to the IDF.
During her service she flew to the US to perform at the Friends of the IDF gala, joining a lineup of famous Israeli singers, including Idan Raichel and Noa Kirel. The night concluded with NIS 130 million dedicated to soldiers.
A week after her service ended, Sheer flew to the US to sign with two music producers. As a child, her parents were unsure of her ability to sing in English, as she is a native Israeli. "They were being reasonable," she said. But she overcame that, and now has a perfect English accent, ready to take the music world by storm. "Not every 20-year-old gets to do this. I'm honored to do it, I'm living the dream, doing the thing I love most in the world. You have to fight for your dreams."
