BORN ON SEPT.20.1989 JAY-P HAS LIVED IN THE CHICAGO LAND AREA ALL HIS LIFE AND HAS BEEN KNOWN TO SEE CHICAGO'S WEST SIDE AS HOME.

"During My Younger Years Iv'e Always Had A Passion For Music, My Favorite Genre's Were And Still Are Rap/Hiphop And Alternative/Rock n Roll. Coming From A Puerto Rican Back Ground I Also Have Much Love For My Latin Musicians And Community's."

Before Deciding To Hop On The Mic, Jay-P Was A DJ For Bars In Chicago And His Local Area. He Recorded Multiple Artist, And Shot 3 Low Quality Budget Friendly Music Videos, Before Taking A Few Years Off To Handle Personal Life Issues.

I Now Have My Own Personal Studio At Home Where I Record, Mix And Master My Own Craft. In Addition I Also My Own Music Video And Promotional Videos For New Upcoming Songs And Events.


May,3rd, 2019 was the release of my first ever EP. Which I distributed on tunecores site. EP. Titled I'M NOT A KID Inspired by one of the tracks on the Ep. Has been streaned more then 10'000 time over different streaming platforms across the web and has been listened to in more then 10 different countrys. 

With finally being able to own my personal gear it has made it easier for me as and Artist and Creator to peruse my passion in music entertainment. Shows will be coming up late 2019 and this is only the beginning. 

Main sources of promotions have been thru Social Media Personal Marketing on sites like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
